All paid plans require a 1-year minimum subscription. This ensures we can invest fully in configuring the platform for your organization. After the first year, plans renew annually unless cancelled.
Each plan includes a base number of locations. Once you're a customer, you can add extra locations directly from your account dashboard — $49/mo per location on Basic, $39/mo per location on Professional. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Professional or to Enterprise at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
